In the 67th minute, Spain had a goal disallowed as Silva was rightfully judged to have been offside whenhe turned in a rebound from Costa’s initial header. Van Persie added his second of the game as Casillas mis-controled a back pass and left the Dutchman with the simple task of tapping the ball into an empty net. in the 80th minute, Robben outpaced Ramos to get to Sneijder’s pass and round Casillas before netting his second of the game. Robben also had a shot cannon off the crossbar in the 85th minute as Spain seemed incapable of coping with the pace and urgency of the Dutch in the second half.
