Miley Cyrus fears she’ll be “ruined” by people from her inner circle exposing her “secret life,” according to a laughable Life & Style cover story.
The tabloid, which falsely claimed Cyrus was “wasting away” over the summer, now says that “close friends and her security team” have “seen enough to fill a book” with Cyrus’ bad behavior, “and that’s exactly what [she's] afraid of.”
A so-called “insider” tells Life & Style, “Miley’s terrified a tell-all is coming — one that could ruin her life.”
“Engaging in bad behavior in front of people the way Miley does is like playing Russian roulette,” a so-called “insider” explains to the magazine. “It’s just a matter of time before one of her so-called friends attempts to sell her out.”
Life & Style speculates, “There’s no shortage of would-be authors in the star’s posse.”
According to the magazine, “If one of her confidantes decided to tell all, he or she could reveal the dirty little secrets Miley wants so desperately to keep hidden from her fans.”
Fascinating.
Um… there’s a small problem.
What, exactly, are these secrets that would ruin Cyrus?
After all, she’s kind of open about… everything.
Beyond some lame speculation, Life & Style doesn’t seem to know what’s left.
“When the cameras are off, the star’s behavior is wilder and more intense than her public persona,” says the tabloid, bringing up rumors of “bisexual” activity and “rumblings” of rampant drug use.
Uh, just in the past week, Cyrus was openly grinding with female dancers in the first row at a Britney Spears concert and discussed her recreational drug use.
Her sexed-up performance at the MTV Video Music Awards was probably the single most-hyped pop culture moment of the year.
She makes no secret of her vices, and is more successful and famous than ever before.
It’s like Life & Style first thought about doing this story back in Cyrus’ innocent “Hannah Montana” days — then shelved it for a few years until it was completely irrelevant.
As for whether Cyrus is afraid one of her friends will spill damaging secrets about her, a source close to the situation tells Gossip Cop, “Nope.”
