The President of the Niger Delta Peoples Volunteer Force, Asari Dokubo has been released by the Department of State
Security Services, SSS, hours after he was
picked up
for repeatedly making inciting comments. His personal assistant (Media)
and younger brother, Rex Asari, confirmed his release to the media.
